Application Development Manager - Japanese Bilingual

Qualifications:

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Fluent in Japanese, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts.
• Strong proficiency in Java programming language.
• Experience developing and maintaining enterprise-level applications using Java technologies.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain Java-based applications, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and scalability.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand project requirements and deliver robust software solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Troubleshoot and debug software issues, identifying and implementing solutions in a timely manner.
