As an Application Development Manager fluent in Japanese, you will lead a team of software developers in designing, developing, and maintaining applications. Your role involves overseeing project timelines, resource allocation, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards. Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English are essential for collaborating with international stakeholders and providing technical guidance to the team. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain Java-based applications, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and scalability.Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to - understand project requirements and deliver robust software solutions.Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.Troubleshoot and debug software issues, identifying and implementing solutions in a timely manner.
