**Roles & Responsibilities:**
Design and configure applications to meet business needs.Work with teams to gather and analyze user requirements.Develop software solutions using Spring Boot and other technologies.Conduct unit testing and debugging to ensure app functionality.Review code and offer technical guidance to team members.
**Skills Required:**
Proficiency in Spring Boot.Fluency in Japanese.Experience with Java EE and Angular is a plus.Strong grasp of software development principles.Skilled in designing RESTful APIs and working with databases/SQL.Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Effective problem-solving and debugging skills.
