APPLICATION CONSULTANT

Responsibilities:
Work with assigned customers and colleagues to implement UKG/Kronos WFR Payroll and HR module by performing the following implementation methodology (Requirement Gathering, Business Analysis, System Configuration, Data Mapping, Testing, Live Processing and Transition to Support)

Proactively identify, track and manage project issues and recommend viable solutions or oversee resolution of open issues.

Work and communicate with customers to keep them updated of project status and ensure they are on track with their assigned tasks

Assist in building and training team members located onshore and offshoreQualifications:
2+ years experience implementing UKG/Kronos WFR Payroll and HR Module

Extensive knowledge of the Payroll and HR function & processes

Comfortable working in an environment in which businesses processes, tools, etc. are still being defined

Experience in meeting with system users to gather requirements, conduct testing and discuss timelines.

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Human Resource or equivalent experience in HR and Payroll

Willing to work on a night shift
