Support and advise customer care units to improve business efficiency? Take part in on-call duty to maintain 24/7 availability? Continually learn new technologies? A team player who can easily work with multinational teams? You have experience in at least one scripting language (e.g: Javascript, Python, ...), including testing and debugging your code after deployment? Familiarity with contact center / call center operations? Your communication skills allow you to communicate technical details to a layman audience? Understanding of different operating systems? Ideally you already have experience in telephony systems and SIP? Ideally basic knowledge of MySQL or PostgreSQL? Knowledge about data compliance (GDPR) is a plus?
