Appian Production Support Engineer

Requirements:
1.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2.
Minimum of 2 years of proven experience working as an Appian Developer or Production Support Engineer, with a strong understanding of the Appian platform and its components.
3.
Hands-on experience with Appian development tools, including Appian Designer, Process Models, Record Types, Web API and Integrations, Portals, and SAIL.
4.
Intermediate knowledge on Appian's Architecture, Admin Console configurations, and logging.
5.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in production environments, with a focus on root cause analysis and problem resolution.
6.
Solid understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.
7.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
8.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
9.
Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is a plus.
10.
Appian certification(s) such as Appian Certified Developer or Appian Certified Administrator is desirable but not required.
11.
Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
