Job Title: APAC Recruitment Associate II ( Mandarin Speaker)

Schedule: Morning Shift ( Monday - Friday )
Work Set up: Hybrid ( 3 days onsite & 2 days WFH )

Salary Package: 75,383.00
28,000 Basic Pay
7,383 Allowance
40,000 language premium

OVERVIEW:
This position will provide full scope recruiting support to help the development of Schenker's workforce in the APAC region.
This resource is in charge of proactive communication among stakeholders and candidates in the region of assignment.
He/ She ensures that the global recruiting processes are implemented accordingly.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Contacting and interviewing prospective candidates and retaining an audit trail of contact.
Managing and reacting efficiently to high-volume recruitment.
Apply computer application skills to create report
Integrate new applications/software into work activities
Plans & coordinates with others;
Understanding of the major components and requirements of the strategic plan;
Identifies required resources, monitors progress & evaluates outcomes.
Establishes policies, guidelines, plans & priorities
Assess, improve, and recommend correct management controls;
Evaluates and analyze complex problems within the area of responsibility
Develops and creates programs and activities that impact area of specialization in coordination with known experts within the team

Job Requirements
Good communication skills in English and Mandarin speaker.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Human Resource Management, Commerce, or equivalent
With at least 1 year of relevant recruitment experience in the APAC shared service set-up
Experience in full lifecycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high volume environment
Basic Microsoft Office knowledge required (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Knowledgeable in Boolean search
Experience in using an Applicant Tracking System (preferably Avature)
