OVERVIEW:
This position will provide full scope recruiting support to help the development of Schenker's workforce in the APAC region.
This resource is in charge of proactive communication among stakeholders and candidates in the region of assignment.
He/ She ensures that the global recruiting processes are implemented accordingly.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Contacting and interviewing prospective candidates and retaining an audit trail of contact.Managing and reacting efficiently to high-volume recruitment.Apply computer application skills to create reportIntegrate new applications/software into work activitiesPlans & coordinates with others;Understanding of the major components and requirements of the strategic plan;Identifies required resources, monitors progress & evaluates outcomes.Establishes policies, guidelines, plans & prioritiesAssess, improve, and recommend correct management controls;Evaluates and analyze complex problems within the area of responsibilityDevelops and creates programs and activities that impact area of specialization in coordination with known experts within the team
Job Requirements
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malay.Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Human ResourceManagement, Commerce, or equivalentWith at least 1 year of relevant recruitment experience in the APAC shared service set-upExperience in full lifecycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high volume environmentBasic Microsoft Office knowledge required (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)Knowledgeable in Boolean searchExperience in using an Applicant Tracking System (preferably Avature)
