Accounts Payable Specialist - Spanish Speaking
Accounts Receivable Specialist - Spanish Speaking
General Ledger Specialist - Spanish Speaking
Hybrid Setup – 8 Days RTO per Month
Night Shift – 9 PM – 6 AM / 8 PM – 5 AM
Budget: Up to 65,000 PHP (Gross) | 32k – 35k Basic Salary + 30k Language Premium (Negotiable based on experience)
QUALIFICATIONS:
Accounts Payable Specialist - Spanish Speaking
• Minimum 1.5 - 3 years of relevant work experience
Accounts Receivable Specialist - Spanish Speaking
• Minimum 1.5 - 3 years of experience in Collections or Customer Service
• Practical knowledge of Oracle or other ERPs (SAP, JD Edwards, etc.)
is a plus
• Related experience in Shared Services Industry (B2B Collections, Accounts Payable, Cash Application, and Accounts Receivable)
General Ledger Specialist - Spanish Speaking
• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field
• At least 1.5 - 3 years of experience in general accounting, with a focus on General Ledger, bank reconciliation, balance sheet reconciliation, fixed assets, and audit support
• Strong understanding of internal controls and GAAP
• Proficiency in ERP applications, including Oracle and SAP
• Spanish language skills required
