JOB REQUIREMENTS:
? Proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g., Blender, Maya)
? Experience with texturing using Photoshop and Substance Painter
? Strong color sense and understanding of anime-style aesthetics
? Experience with spatial design and scene construction in Unity
? Ability to model characters in various styles

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Create anime-style backgrounds and environments in 3DCG
? Set up, optimize, and test environments with lighting
? Collaborate with design teams to meet project specifications
? Integrate feedback from art directors and clients
? Maintain consistency in design aesthetics
