Android Developer (Hybrid)

Functions:Responsible for the development and maintenance of applications aimed at a range of devices including mobile phones and tablet computers.Primary focus will be development of applications and their integration with back-end services.Work alongside other engineers and developers working on different layers of the infrastructure.A commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and the creation of quality products is essential.Perform functional analysis, application design, development, unit test, deployment and maintenance.Qualifications:At least 4 yearsProficient in Java KotlinExperience with frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, etc.Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuningFamiliarity with RESTful APIs to connect applications to back-end servicesKnowledge of UI/UX standardsUnderstanding of Google's design principles and interface guidelinesExperience with performance and memory tuning with toolsFamiliarity with cloud message APIs and push notificationsKnack for benchmarking and optimizationProficient understanding of code versioning tools such as GitLabFamiliarity with continuous integrationProficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, preferably vue.jsExperience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuningFamiliarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google OptimizeProficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as GitFamiliarity with project management tools, such as JIRAFamiliarity with CI/CD
