OVERALL PURPOSE: This is an executive position in Insights & Intelligence in Manila SDO. This person will report to Accenture Operations Insights & Intelligence Director and to the Manila SDO Lead. The role is to deliver value to the company's clients through analytics and technology.RESPONSIBILITIES:Data & AI In this role, you will be expected to develop transformation vision, assess vision feasibility and capability gaps, plan journey management. Also, transform a business to enable profitable & sustainable growth. SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:College graduatesAt least 12 years of experience practicing data analytics (preferably in the BPO industry)Excellent Client Management, Project Management and PresentationSkills with Executive Presence.Skills in any of the statistical software such as R, SAS, STATA, Python programming etc.Functional Experience - Good knowledge of customer and sales operations.
