Analytics And Modeling Senior Manager

OVERALL PURPOSE: This is an executive position in Insights & Intelligence in Manila SDO. This person will report to Accenture Operations Insights & Intelligence Director and to the Manila SDO Lead. The role is to deliver value to the company's clients through analytics and technology.

RESPONSIBILITIES: In this role, you will be expected to develop transformation vision, assess vision feasibility and capability gaps, plan journey management. Also, transform a business to enable profitable & sustainable growth. SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS: College graduate. At least 12 years of experience practicing data analytics (preferably in the BPO industry). Excellent client management, project management, and presentation skills. Skills with executive presence. Proficiency in statistical software such as R, SAS, STATA, Python programming, etc. Good knowledge of customer and sales operations. Understands BPO industry, contact center SLAs/KPIs. Contact center experience and prior experience in growing a business is preferred. The role is open to P44. GOOD TO HAVE: Knowledge of AI is beneficial. Good knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Predictive Modelling. OTHERS: Project Shift Schedule: Mid Shift. Project Rest Day: Weekends Off. Project/Team Location: Taguig, Uptown Bonifacio Tower 3.
