Job Description The role
This role is expected to ensure the success of onboarding and incubation of new sellers to the Lazada platform
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
- Manage a pipeline of high-quality new sellers to onboard into the platform
- Build relationships and set up mechanics to incentivize the growth of new and long-tail sellers
- Maintain good relationships and trust with merchants to understand more about their business and their key success factors
- Educate sellers on Lazada features throughout the process of grooming and preparing new sellers to be future key accounts
- Implement campaigns for new sellers, analyze and report their performance
- Interact with other local teams to share knowledge and replicate best practices Job Requirements Requirements/Qualifications(must have):
- At least one (1) year of related working experience (Sales BPO set-up or similar industries)
- Good command of conversational Tagalog and basic English
- Ability to interact with a broad set of businesses and stakeholders and presenting both over the phone and in person
- Strong negotiation skills
- Logical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
- Good team player, with an aptitude for sales and the ambition to constantly outperform KPIs
