Maintaining the working consolidated financial model for First Gen and its subsidiaries, running sensitivity analyses, monitoring the financial health of the company, and engineering recommendations to management Managing the modeling groups for each existing and growth subsidiary of First Gen, harmonizing the assumptions, reviewing their numbers, and reviewing their output Creating presentation materials and other reports that may be required by the Board of Directors, senior management, shareholders and other stakeholders Helping to manage loan administration and treasury functions of the company Preparing the Management's Discussion and Analysis report Monitoring competitors, economic trends, industry news and updates from the PSE and other PSE-listed companies Creating presentations for the Investor Relations Program, and meeting with investors to discuss the Company Participating in and contributing to various financing, merger and acquisition deals Performing other duties and tasks that may be assigned from time to time Comfortable in dealing with numbers Ability to create complex financial models Good analytical skills Skillful in writing reports and making presentations. Avion will be the first power plant in the Philippines to run on aero-derivative gas turbines while the San Gabriel plant is expected to be the most efficient natural gas-fired plant in Southeast Asia.
