Job Description Role OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Onboarding and Offboarding Analyst to join our team in a hybrid setup. The ideal candidate will manage both onboarding and offboarding procedures, ensuring seamless transitions for new hires and departing employees while liaising with multiple stakeholders. This role involves spearheading the day-to-day onboarding and offboarding processes across the organization, as well as supporting projects aimed at process improvement.
Duties & ResponsibilitiesOnboarding: Coordinate with hiring managers, Recruitment, and other relevant departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees.Conduct new hire orientation sessions, covering company policies, procedures, and benefits.Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and submitted on time by new hires.Offboarding: Manage the end-to-end offboarding process for departing employees, coordinating with managers, payroll, and other relevant stakeholders.Ensure the return of company property and the deactivation of system access by coordinating with other teams.Conduct exit reasons analysis as part of the offboarding audit to identify trends and patterns in employee attrition.Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and address any issues promptly.Conduct audits for both onboarding and offboarding to identify and share key data points with high-level summaries and recommendations to executives.Work with the team on projects to implement process improvements across the organization.Skills and CompetenciesProficiency in Excel/Sheets formulas and functions (at least "Intermediate" proficiency)Proficiency with Google Workspace and Mac OSWillingness to work in a hybrid environment (remote and in-office) within Cebu CityAvailability to work during the graveyard shift with flexibility to work any day of the weekStrong attention to detailAccountabilityExcellent organizational skillsInitiative and proactivityCollaboration and teamworkStrong verbal and written communication skillsEffective time managementAt least 2 years of experience in administrative work, particularly in HR/Labor Relations.Educational and Certification RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related fields.Direct Reports and Span of Control
