Dover Business Services (DBS) is looking for talented AR Analysts to join our new shared service center in Cebu, Philippines. Working within an emerging shared services organization, the AR Analyst for Customer Management is responsible for delivering timely and quality service to internal stakeholders and Dover customers, as measured by service level agreements and key performance indicators. The position requires the ability to research in-depth business process and customer account issues with the objective of reaching resolutions that meet or exceed objectives with a positive financial impact to the company without negatively impacting customers.

Essential Responsibilities • Facilitate assignment and resolution of ServiceNow tickets including creation of debit and credit memos
• Work closely with AR Cash Application and Collections teams relative to ServiceNow tickets submitted to ensure timely issue resolution
• Monitor and track status of ServiceNow tickets assigned to the team
• Perform analysis and review on orders that are on hold
• Monitor the status of invoices delivery across all business units
• Respond to emails from customers
• Generate report of orders on credit hold and facilitate releasing
• Send invoices to different customers following the required medium of delivery
• Maintain productivity and meet service level agreements in a complex environment, including working with and referencing data in legacy accounting systems
• Assist with other Customer Management duties or projects as assigned, including continuous improvement efforts
Education and Experience • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Management, Accounting Technology or related field.
• With at least 2 years of experience in Financial shared services or customer service environment
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Excel experience (SharePoint a plus)
• With experience in Oracle system and other ERP systems
