Amazon Virtual Assistant

You'll be responsible for looking after a brand's product portfolio, contributing to improvements in the user experience for customers, and creating detailed monthly reports on performance.
You'll lead presentations and planning sessions with vendors and act as the main point of contact for them.

You're comfortable being thrown dozens of tasks, documenting detailed instructions without missing a beat, are able to prioritize tasks based on importance and urgency, assign timelines to each task; effectively engage project stakeholders, managers, and team members all throughout the delivery life-cycle while ensuring the final deliverable is provided on time.

- Account maintenance
- Looks for opportunities to improve tail performance only when Top ASINS are perfected.
**Qualifications**
- At least 2 years completed of college with 3yrs BPO / Professional experience
- Very high Attention to Detail, Very Organized, Team Player used to collaborating in projects, Confident in Organizing Tasks / Timelines/ Priority as an Account Manager would need todo
- Average to Exceptional communication skills in English
- Savvy in computer & internet navigation
- Knowledgeable with Ecommerce Industry
- Intermediate excel skills
