Work set - up: Work from home

Duties:
Resolve customer queries and ensure satisfaction
Assist with product, service, and payment processing

Qualifications:
- 1 year BPO experience
- Senior High or College level with 1 year customer service experience
- Strong English communication skills
- Non-voice BPO experience acceptable with excellent comm skills

Requirements:
- Internet: 50Mbps+ (Fiber/DSL only)
- Dedicated workspace at home
