**We are Hiring Call Center Agents / Customer Service Representative in Alabang, Muntinlupa!

**Up to 16,000 monthly basic.
**

**Qualifications**:

- High School Graduate (Old curriculum) / ALS Graduate / SHS Graduate
- Musta have at least 3 months of Call Center experience
- Good to excellent English communication skills
- With basic computer knowledge
- Amenable to work onsite
- Willing to work in shifting schedule

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepares standardized studies to observe workload, response time and caliber of input.
- Responds to phone requests and supplies critical information/ solutions to customers.
- checks mail, fax and electronic mail to provide customer help.
- Manages computer/on-line instructions for the goal of responding to client concerns.
