Job Description:
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Airport Representative to join our team at a premier 5-star luxury hotel. In this role, you will provide a seamless arrival and departure experience for our valued guests, ensuring top-tier service from the moment they arrive at the airport.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests at the airport, offering a warm welcome and exceptional service.
- Coordinate guest transfers to and from the hotel, ensuring efficient and safe transportation.
- Assist guests with luggage and facilitate a smooth check-in experience upon arrival.
- Provide relevant information about hotel services, amenities, and the surrounding area.
- Act as a liaison between the airport, hotel, and transportation services, maintaining clear communication.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications:
- College graduate.
- Work experience or internship in a 4- or 5-star luxury hotel is required.
- Flexible and available for a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
