Job Description Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Airport Lounge Officer to join our team. This role involves ensuring a high-quality experience for guests in our lounge, maintaining exceptional service standards, and overseeing daily operations.
Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for all guests.Oversee the daily operations of the lounge, including staff management and inventory control.Ensure that all services and offerings meet the highest quality standards.Interact with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and gather feedback.Collaborate with team members to maintain cleanliness and organization within the lounge.Assist in training and mentoring new staff to uphold service excellence. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Preferably 2-3 years of relevant experience in hospitality or service operations.Previous experience in a lounge or food and beverage operation is highly desirable.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with both staff and customers.Commitment to delivering "Quality in every detail."
