Position: Aircon Service Engineer

Work Location: Cavite/Quezon City
Work Schedule: Monday To Friday
Salary: Php 25,000 - Php 30,000
Work Set Up: Working Onsite

Job Requirements and Responsibility: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, with 1-2 years of after-sales experience in the manufacturing or service industry, preferably in air-conditioning; licensed engineers are a plus.Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive a 4-wheel vehicle; willingness to work in Quezon City is required.Provide quality customer service by promptly responding to customer needs and rearranging schedules as necessary.Effectively communicate with customers, service managers, and technicians to ensure seamless service delivery.Evaluate service requests, diagnose defective units, assist technicians with problem resolution, and manage the ordering of repair parts to address challenging issues.
