Position: Aircon Service Engineer
Company Industry : Manufacturing Company for Aircon
Work Location: Cavite/Quezon City
Work Schedule: Monday To Friday
Salary: Php 25,000 - Php 30,000
Work Set Up: Working Onsite

Job Requirements and Responsibility:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, with 1-2 years of after-sales experience in the manufacturing or service industry, preferably in air-conditioning; licensed engineers are a plus.
- Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive a 4-wheel vehicle; willingness to work in Quezon City is required.
- Provide quality customer service by promptly responding to customer needs and rearranging schedules as necessary.
- Effectively communicate with customers, service managers, and technicians to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Evaluate service requests, diagnose defective units, assist technicians with problem resolution, and manage the ordering of repair parts to address challenging issues.
