Drake's top client – a one-stop-shop for visual content creation is hiring an AI Operations Team Lead to be part of their collaborative team in Ortigas CBD, Pasig City.
Summary:
As an Operations Team Lead, you will be challenged to guide and empower a team of Photo Editors to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations. You will play a crucial part in ensuring the successful completion of tasks, driving key performance indicators, and fostering a collaborative and results-driven team culture.

Responsibilities: Lead and manage day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to established processes.Manage and mentor a team of Specialists, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative team environment.Drive and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the team meets or exceeds performance targetsDesign and implement performance improvement plans for team members who require such assistanceCollaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance communication and coordination across departments.Develop and implement strategies to improve operational processes and streamline workflows.Continuously assess and optimize operational procedures to enhance productivityAct as a point of contact for escalated issues and provide timely resolutions.Communicate with Senior Operations Manager/s and Head of Operations to ensure projects are on track.Monitor and produce regular performance reportsFoster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence within the operations team. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.A track record of running performance improvement plansProven experience in effectively managing and leading a team.Demonstrated experience in driving and achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skillsBackground in creatives and data analytics.Great spreadsheet skills and familiarity with Adobe Photoshop are an advantageWilling to work onsite, mid-shift schedule, Tuesday to Saturdays.
