JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for a talented AI Engineer to join our team to design, develop, and implement AI-driven solutions for our ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) product. As an AI Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the functionality and intelligence of our ERP system, automating processes, improving decision-making, and optimizing workflows. You will collaborate closely with software engineers, data scientists, and ERP specialists to build AI solutions that scale and meet the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop AI-driven modules and features for the ERP system, focusing on automation, prediction, and optimization. Design and implement machine learning models, including supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms, to analyze business data and improve ERP processes. Integrate AI/ML capabilities into existing ERP modules such as finance, supply chain, human resources, and customer relationship management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data requirements for various ERP components. Build and maintain AI models for natural language processing (NLP), forecasting, recommendation systems, and process automation. Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and accuracy. Monitor AI systems to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with business requirements. Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and apply them to enhance ERP features. Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related fields. Experience: 3+ years of experience working as an AI Engineer, Data Scientist, or a similar role, ideally with ERP systems or large-scale enterprise applications. Programming Languages: Strong proficiency in Python, R, Java, or C++ for developing machine learning models. AI/ML Frameworks: Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or Scikit-learn. Data Management: Strong knowledge of databases (SQL, NoSQL) and experience in working with large datasets. ERP Knowledge: Understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo) and their key modules. Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for deploying AI solutions. NLP & Automation: Experience with NLP tools and technologies for automating text analysis, chatbots, and document processing.
