As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for:
Designing, developing, and maintaining backend services and APIs that support real-time dictation, translation, and AI auto-correction features.
Architect scalable and resilient server-side solutions that can handle high volumes of API requests with low latency.
Collaborating with front-end developers, data scientists, and other team members to integrate AI and machine learning models into the application.
Ensuring the security and integrity of data through robust authentication, authorization, and encryption practices.
Optimizing database performance and designing efficient data storage solutions for both structured and unstructured data.
Monitoring and maintaining the health of the backend services, including troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise.
Contributing to the continuous improvement of development processes and best practices.
As a Backend Developer, you need to have:
At least 3+ years of experience using Python, Node.js, Java, or Ruby on Rails.
Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Firebase.
Experience with cloud services.
Background in API integration.
Strong background in AI and NLP technologies.
Excellent Verbal and Written English Communication Skills
It's not required but it would be great if you have
AWS Certified Solutions Architect
Google Professional Cloud Architect
Working Hours:
5 AM - 2 PM Philippine time or
12 AM-9 AM Philippine time
