Agricultural Loans Associate

**JOB SPECIFICATIONS**
- Graduate of any four (4) year course preferably Agriculture related course
- With at least one to two years experience in marketing and collections.
- Should be highly motivated and enjoys fieldwork
- Good at understanding and interacting with people
- With good negotiation and problem solving skills
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Knowledgeable in MS Office and the use of internet

**PRIMARY FUNCTION**
- Solicit new deposit and loan accounts in accordance with the guidelines stated in the product manual.
Monitors/collects/initiates workout arrangement (i.e.
restructuring, legal) to resolve or recover past due loan accounts.
- Ensures that timely actions are initiated to collect and recover from past due accounts with the objective of reducing loans: past due/non-performing loans ratios.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Php11,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
