Agile Coach

Responsibilities:
• Coach and mentor Agile teams and stakeholders on Agile methodologies and practices
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Assist teams in identifying and resolving issues and impediments that may affect their productivity and progress.
• Provide training and workshops to teams and stakeholders on Agile methodologies and practices
• Monitoring team performance and progress, and using data to identify areas for improvement.

Required Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred)
• Certification in Agile coaching or related field
• Experience in coaching and mentoring Agile teams and stakeholders
• Ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies and workshops
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies
