Scope & Responsibilities: Relationship Management Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurance agencies.Serve as the primary point of contact for life agents, addressing their needs and resolving any issues.Regularly visit life agents to strengthen relationships and provide support. Sales and Business Development Collaborate with life agents to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.Identify and pursue new business opportunities with both existing and potential agency partners.Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share. Training and Support Provide training to life agents on non-life insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and sales techniques.Assist life agents in understanding and complying with company policies and regulatory requirements.Support life agents in developing marketing and promotional activities. Performance Monitoring Monitor the performance of life agents and provide regular feedback and coaching.Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on non-life insurance.Proven expertise in relationship management, sales, and business development.Strong understanding of non-life insurance products and underwriting processes.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Willingness to travel as required. Preferred Qualifications: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.Preferably with experience at AXA, Malayan, Paramount, Pioneer, or FPG.
