**JOB SUMMARY**:Responsible for the implementation of the Post-Residential program (Reintegration and Autonomy Program) interventions for the girls who were reintegrated into their family and/or mainstream society towards healing and recovery.**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**Facilitates psychosocial interventions and related follow-ups towards healing andrecovery of reintegrated girlsIn-charge of admission and reintegration of the girls**QUALIFICATIONS**- Must be a graduate of BS Social Work or BA Community Development- Good communication skills, oral and written (English and local dialect). Must also have report writing skills and computer literacy skills (Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Power Point).- Must have compassion for working with children. Must be non-judgmental and non- discriminating while respecting the terms of confidentiality.- Possesses positive leadership skills.- Ability to work cooperatively in a team.- Willingness to stay in the center and work beyond the normal work hours and work days when necessary.Schedule:- 8 hour shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Iloilo City, Probinsya sang Iloilo: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
