Job Description:
As a Client Manager, you will be the main contact for advertisers, helping them achieve their goals through our affiliate network. You will optimize campaigns, resolve issues, and ensure advertisers get the most out of our platform. Your role is key to driving advertiser satisfaction and growth.

Key Responsibilities: Be the primary contact for advertisers.Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers.Manage and optimize advertiser campaigns to meet their goals.Work with internal teams to align strategies with advertiser needs.Solve technical issues related to accounts and tracking.Provide performance updates and insights to advertisers.Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.Stay up to date with industry trends to offer strategic advice. Requirements: Experience in client management, especially with advertisers in affiliate or digital marketing.Understanding of affiliate marketing and performance-based advertising.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns.Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms and CRM tools is a plus.Able to work independently and as part of a team.
