Job Description: Agents will provide customer services support initiating new reservations or changing existing reservations and offer redemption for direct guests that meet certain qualifications and criteria for onboard spending.
Qualifications:
• Customer-focused
• Customer-friendly
• Experience and background in a contact center is an advantage
• Understand the brand
• Proficient in both English and Mandarin ( speaking, writing, reading and listening)
• Amenable to work on shifting schedule and report on site in IT Park, Cebu
• Willing to accept the job offer of Php90K
• Amenable to start by July 22.

? Mandarin agents will handle 100% Mandarin – tentatively Chat/Messaging and Voice; but they need to have decent English capabilities as training will be in English.
