100 %- Create custom FactSet models and screens-
- Solve complex financial queries- CUS owning 90+ of the inbound support desk volume.
Initial expectations include:
- Successfully completing Finance Week + FactSet Foundations and Support Desk Rotations-
- Meet core individual targets on quality (satisfaction rate), efficiency (AHT), and productivity (cases handled), among othersAdditional expectations include:
- Build proficient understanding on the Workstation, Content offerings, and MS Excel-
- Compliance on SOPs for maintaining the highest level of quality-
- Share ideas an promote suggestions for improvement-
- Cooperate and liaise with other internal teams i.e.
Content, Sales, Product Development-
- Keep up to date with the market we operate in, including products and our competitors
