ADVERTISING SPECIALIST

Job Qualifications:
1. Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree in either Science (e.g., Physics, Chemistry, Biology), Engineering, Data Science, Economics, Statistics, or Mathematics.
2. Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, or SQL).
- Advantage: Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar).
- Advantage: Experience with advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads).
3. Mathematical & Analytical Skills:
- Strong quantitative skills to understand and interpret data metrics.
- Experience in A/B testing and statistical analysis for campaign optimization.
- Advantage: Ability to calculate and interpret data, analyze trends, and forecast future performance.
5. Experience:
- Fresh graduates with strong analytical and numerical skills are encouraged to apply.
- No marketing experience is required, on-the-job training will be provided for suitable candidates.
6. Communication & Collaboration:
- Strong communication skills for reporting and presenting insights.
7. Problem-solving & Decision-making:
- Ability to think critically and solve complex marketing challenges.
- Strong decision-making skills based on data and metrics.
8. Attention to Detail:
- Highly detail-oriented in analyzing data and managing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Strategy Development:
- Design and implement digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
- Align campaign goals with business objectives.
- Use mathematical and analytical skills to segment and target the right audience effectively.
2. Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze campaign performance using data to generate actionable insights.
- Create and interpret complex reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Use statistical methods to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
3. Budget Management:
- Monitor and optimize campaign budgets.
- Calculate ROI for campaigns and make data-driven decisions on budget reallocation.
4. Cross-Channel Coordination:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, content creators, media buyers) to ensure consistency across channels.
- Execute campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email marketing, etc
- Perform A/B testing, multivariate analysis, and other optimization techniques to refine campaigns.
