Consistent Tenant coverage. Monthly engagement.Selling advertising productsGet new advertisersPrepare weekly Activity reportPresent products/services effectivelyPrepare proposals and Ad packages – more consistent in order to generate salesCertificate of Performance (COP) – submission to clientsSales Leads (TIS, and updating of Client database)Liaise with client for uploads/change of materialsSales reportSales Activity and liaison to TROsPerformance (usage) report to clients
People Development

Reports to : Advertising Sales Supervisor/Over-all Sales Head
Internal Contacts : Operations Team
External Contacts : Advertisers

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must be able and willing to travel around Metro Manila. In some cases, we do sales blitz in provinces. Inter- personal skills is very important

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Graduate of related courses in Advertising, Management, Marketing, and Media.

SPECIALIZATION/TECHNICAL SKILLS
Must have an understanding of software applications in order toproperly explain the functions of the program and with knowledge in LED,PLC,LCD and electronics
He/She should also understand Search Engine Optimization (SEO), based on the applications of these to our advertisers
INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
Very personable and accommodating to client demands. Must know how to handle negotiations properly
