Ads Sales Associate

Responsible for generating advertising sales from potential clients, the Ad Sales Officer oversees client advertising needs, manages and expands accounts, and actively acquires and retains clients.
The candidate must effectively present and promote products and articulate their benefits convincingly.
Qualifications:
• Degree in Advertising, Management, Marketing, Media, or a related field
• Knowledge of SEO and its use in advertising
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in software applications
• Skilled negotiator
• Willing to travel across Metro Manila and occasionally to provincial areas

Responsibilities:
? Engage tenants consistently each month.
? Sell advertising products.
? Acquire new advertisers.
? Prepare weekly activity reports.
? Effectively present products/services.
? Develop consistent proposals and advertising packages to boost sales.
? Submit Certificates of Performance to clients.
? Generate and update sales leads and client databases.
? Coordinate with clients for material uploads and changes.
? Deliver sales reports.
? Manage sales activities and liaise with TROs.
? Provide performance reports to clients.
Salary: 18K plus commission
Work Location: Metro Manila (Field work)
