Qualifications:
Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree with a preference for Business Management, Marketing and Communication graduates
Fresh graduates or applicants with at least a year of experience in a business development role
Has a working knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems
Must possess strong relationship-building and communication skills
Must possess strong data analysis and customer service skills
Must have a knack for innovating processes and a strong inclination to process improvement
Excellent command of the English Language (both written and verbal)
Familiarity and ability to work around Google Workspace is an advantage
Responsibilities:
Conduct market research and analysis on how to reach and convert target Student Applicants to the programs offered by CIIT and/or what future programs to offer
Conduct Annual Internal Market Research among enrolled CIIT Students in SHS and College to identify and improve consumer behavior and improve strategies on how best to reach and communicate to our target market
Conduct Annual External Market Research among competitors and benchmark institutions on best practices in marketing, communications and Student Applicant experience as well as understand upcoming trends for future SHS and college programs
Conduct marketing activities to attract as many deserving and passionate Student Applicants as possible who are interested in the SHS and college programs offered by CIIT through:
Ensure the mastery of the different courses offered by CIIT
Execute effective marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, trial, and distribution across marketing campaigns, promotions, and sales
Build relationships with schools, school officials, students orgs, , that can help identify students who are highly interested in the programs of CIIT
Create strategies to allow CIIT to directly communicate with interest Student Applicants through the various Lead Channels
Learn how to create ads and analyze Google
Identify, develop, and implement innovative marketing strategies that leverage constant and emerging trends to reach target audiences and goals
Review and innovate the Admissions Process to allow for a more effective application experience for Student Applicants
Efficient and effective assistance to applicants through all platforms
Search and/or improve existing systems that will be more effective at converting Student Applicants from one stage to the next stage of the Application Funnel and generating reports
Ensure that every step of the Student Applicant journey is very effective
Constantly review the content of the website and all marketing collaterals to ensure that materials are properly communicating the programs and services of CIIT in the most effective manner
Data Analysis that will improve strategies and programs
Ensure that applicant data and information found in ZOHO is updated real-time
Analyze and review reports from partner agencies for online marketing efforts
Improve the necessary systems and technologies being utilized by CIIT to be able to execute the marketing strategies in scale
Analyze data in CRM to establish strategies that will improve conversion rates from one step of the customer journey to the next step
Act as the front desk for admission-related concerns and inquiries
Conduct school tours as requested by clients
Receive and resolve concerns and inquiries lodged to the reception desk
Answer course inquiries and explains the other products and services provided by the institution
