The Administrative Assistant will provide essential support to our office operations, ensuring efficient and smooth administrative processes.

- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist in preparing reports, memos, and other documents
- Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
- Perform other HR related duties as assigned
