THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING: 20%-Oversees the coordination and monitoring of projects, programs, services and activities related to Recruitment, Selection, and Placement (RSP) matters15%-Supervise the processing and facilitation of documents pertaining to recruitment, personnel movement, and creation/ abolition/ reclassification of positions10%-Coordinates with concerned TESDA Offices and other government agency to ensure the processing and delivery of programs, projects, and activities of the section15%-Acts as focal to all programs/services relative to personnel movement and development and alterations to the staffing pattern, plantilla positions and other matters15%-Oversees the preparation/coordination/updating and maintenance of computer-based RSP data and documents10%-Supervise, examine and provides guidance in the processing of Contracts of Service of Job Order Personnel10%-Prepares and formulates communications, reports, analysis, policies and guidelines and5%-Performs other related functions.SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS: .Planning Skills.Oral and Written Communication Skills.Monitoring and Evaluation Skills.Negotiation Skills.Research and Development Skills.Skills in Networking and Linkaging.Conflict Management Skills.Adheres to Professional/Work Ethics.Assertive and can work under pressure.With Analytical and Creative Thinking.Excellent Interpersonal RelationsIntent Letter indicating the position, office where the vacancy exists and its Item Number)Duly accomplished Personal Data Sheet with Work Experience Sheet (CSC Form 212 Revised 2017)Service Records for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies OR Certificate/s of Employment for outside applicantsList of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours together with the certified photocopies of training certificatesPerformance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2022 and 2023 for outside applicants OR Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for July to December 2022 and January to June 2023 (with at least Very Satisfactory Rating) for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agenciesFor government employees only: a copy of previous appointmentList of at least five (5) references with complete contact details for the following categories:SuperiorPeersSubordinates (if applicable)Clients (if applicable)SuperiorPeersSubordinates (if applicable)Clients (if applicable)Certified true copy of transcript of records/diplomaAuthenticated copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRCAwards related to Performance (proof of evidences in the form of citation, medal, plaque, for awards/rewards received) (if applicable)Expert Services (Resource Person/Speaker/Moderator/Panelist) (if applicable) andCommittees/ TWGs Participation (proof of evidences in the form of memorandum, office order, and/or certification/certificates) (if applicable)
