Administrative Officer

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Secretarial or other related field

- With at least 1 year of exrelevant experience

- Computer literate and adept in Microsoft Word and Excel



Duties and Responsibilities:

Provides secretarial and administrative assistance to the Department Manager and general administrative, clerical, and research support to the department with details as follows:

A. Ensures effective coordination of the Manager's schedules by maintaining and arranging appointments, meetings, travel, and accommodation as specified by the Manager;

B. Assists project teams in ensuring efficient coordination of project meetings and appointments including travel arrangements of the team, as needed;

C. Ensures that all correspondence and documents for the Manager are properly typed, prepared, and submitted on time and in compliance with company standards;

D. Ensures office filing systems and project records are properly maintained and updated in accordance with an organized and systematic filing system for easy retrieval;

E. Ensures all incoming documents/ mails are logged, properly distributed, and brought to the attention of concerned staff, and that all outgoing documents/ mails are delivered on time;

F. Provides efficient reception services by proper screening of calls, taking accurate messages, and addressing queries from internal and external callers and referring them to concerned staff in a timely manner;

G. Provides general administrative and clerical support to the department;

H. Performs basic research on energy-related topics, and I. Performs other functions as may be assigned by superior; and

J. Perform other related functions that may be directed by LBRDC from time to time.
