Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 2-4+ years of experience as an Admin Officer, or similar role supporting international client Experience in commercial painting or construction-related fields is an advantage Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools for managing customer information and tracking project history (open to training employees if no prior experience in CRM Dynamics) relevant tool experience is applicable. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel for managing Take-off documents and cost data. Writing and Editing Skills: Exceptional written communication skills with strong attention to detail, grammar, and document formatting. Nice to Have:
Polite and courteous telephone & email manner Excellent interpersonal skills Proven attention to detail, accurate and patient What will you do? Create lead/job number in CRM and process won jobs in CRM. Email RFQ to estimators. Prepare proposal/quote/tender/variation for BDM to review and submit to the client. Fill out pre-qualification forms with standard information. Review reports from clients re: outstanding quotes Update company CRM sales data base as required on time for national sales team. Run CRM reports on sales related items. Update ASANA of progress and all associated requirements within. (If no experience in ASANA hiring team is open to provide training) Operation Support: Update site files with photos / schedules and any other pertinent deliverables as required.
