**Job Description:**

Hilton is seeking an energetic and independent Administrative Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll leverage data-driven insights to inform decisions, drive strategic initiatives, and provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. This part-time position offers the flexibility of working from home while collaborating with a network of professionals committed to excellence in hospitality services.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Administrative Support:**
- Manage scheduling and calendar coordination for team members and key stakeholders.
- Organize and maintain digital files, databases, and records for easy retrieval.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed to facilitate efficient communication.

2. **Data Management & Analysis:**
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data that drives strategic initiatives for the department.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report findings to management, proposing actionable improvements.
- Assist in the development of operational strategies based on data trends and insights.

3. **Project Coordination:**
- Oversee special projects by coordinating with multiple departments to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.
- Track project timelines and milestones to ensure all tasks remain on schedule.
- Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders, ensuring clarity in roles and responsibilities.

4. **Decision-Making & Problem Solving:**
- Use critical thinking and decision-making skills to address issues that arise, identifying solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Provide recommendations based on data analysis to improve processes and enhance efficiency.

5. **Team Leadership:**
- Model collaborative behaviors that encourage team participation and constructive feedback.
- Share best practices and provide mentorship for other administrative personnel as needed.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute insights to enhance team performance.

**Job Requirements:**

- **Education and Experience:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of administrative experience, preferably in a corporate or hospitality setting.

- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) and data analytics software (e.g., Tableau, Google Analytics) is a plus.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Energetic and proactive, with a passion for enhancing operational efficiencies.
- Independent thinker who can work autonomously while managing multiple priorities.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Strong decision-making skills with the ability to analyze problems creatively.
