Job Description:

PLDT is seeking a motivated and hardworking Administrative Associate to join our team in Taguig, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in administrative roles.

Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
2. Assist in organizing and maintaining files and records.
3. Conduct research on various topics as needed.
4. Assist in preparing reports and presentations.
5. Coordinate with other departments and external partners as necessary.
6. Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate person.
7. Assist in managing office supplies and equipment.
8. Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
2. 3 years of experience in administrative roles.
3. Strong organizational and time management skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. People management and research skills.
8. Motivated and hardworking personality traits.
