Role and responsibilities: Act as a liaison between department and the division officeScreen documents submitted for approval for completeness and accuracyTimely and accurate dispatch of documents back to the appropriate unitScreen all calls and maintains confidentialitySecure confidentiality on all transmitted documentsOrganize schedule and keeps track of its development. Coordinates all meetingsEnsure completeness of logistics for scheduled meetingsPrepare accurate reports within the agreed turn-around time, according to priority Job Qualifications: Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accounting/Banking/ /Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalentFresh graduates are encouraged to applyCan multitask and has good time management skillsKnowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
