Administrative Assistant - Sales

**Overall Purpose**: Mainly tasked to provide support to the Business Development team in ensuring the smooth operation of the department; Also acts as point of contact to subscribers for minor technical concerns.
**Principal Job Responsibilities**:

- Conduct administrative maintenance of client database (CRM)
- Prepare drafts of all reportorial requirements of the Business Development Department as directed by the Sales Manager (SM)
- Provide customer service support to the Business Development team by attending to client queries and troubleshooting any minor technical concerns.
Escalates urgent concerns of clients to concerned Account Executive
- Monitor payment terms status and Business Development Team commissions payout

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- With Bachelor's degree in any course
- Preferably with at least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written form)
- Highly proficient in the use of various electronic devices

**Salary**: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Makati City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
