Administrative Assistant (Repair & Maintenance)

Details of the offer

Knowledgeable in Property Management, as well as processing Building Permits and Renewal, Bureau of Internal Revenue transactions, Local Government Unit Permits, Property Insurances, and Vehicle Insurances
- Requires multitasking across a range of responsibilities, receiving and forwarding communications and taking care of more general clerical duties
- Assisting Human Resources department with personnel related concerns
- Conferring with accounting department to help make payments, process incoming invoices and verify receipts
- Ensure functionality of necessary office equipment, and requisitioning new materials, equipment and supplies as needed
- Must be knowledgeable in creating reports and memos

**Job Specifications**:

- Graduate of BSBA or any related course
- With at least 2 years of experience handling the same position in a group of companies related to Retail, F&B or Hotel Industry
- Excellent communication skills
- Can work in fast-paced environment
- Can start immediately
- Willing to work in Pasig Area

**Salary**: Php15,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ortigas Pasig: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Administrative Assistant: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
