**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Administrative Support:**

- Prepare, organize, and maintain electronic and physical filing systems for documents and records.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.

- **Communication:**

- Draft and proofread emails, memos, and other communications to maintain professionalism and clarity.

- **Data Entry and Management:**
- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring timely entry and updates.
- Conduct research and collect data for various projects and initiatives, contributing to informed decision-making.

- **Project Assistance:**
- Collaborate with team members on various projects, providing administrative support and coordination as needed.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions, ensuring all logistics are managed efficiently.

- **Problem Resolution:**
- Identify and troubleshoot issues that may arise in day-to-day operations, providing timely solutions or escalating as appropriate.
- Analyze workflows and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

- **Customer Service:**
- Manage customer inquiries and requests, ensuring a positive experience through timely and effective communication.
- Assist in resolving customer issues or escalate them as necessary, remaining professional and courteous at all times.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or relevant fields will be an advantage.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Familiarity with project management tools and basic understanding of data management systems.
