Administrative Assistant/Receptionist

Duties and Responsibilities
Acts as Telephone Operator handling incoming and outgoing calls. Records accordingly important calls to key personnel and officers of the company.
Handles receiving, recording and dissemination of all incoming faxes as well as outgoing fax messages.
Ensures that all telephone lines and assigned communication equipment i.e. fax machine and PABX are working and reports problem accordingly for appropriate action.
Acts as Receptionist and provide necessary assistance to company guest and visitors
Handles receiving and dissemination of incoming documents related to bidding whether from internal or external source
Handles requisition, monitoring and issuance of incoming of office supplies and ensures that adequate stocks are maintained at all time.
Maintains cleanliness and orderliness of the Reception Area.
Performs other duties that may be assigned form time to time.

Job Specification
Min. Educational Attainment: College Degree in Business Administration or any business related course
Min. Skills/ Trainings Required: Must be computer literate

Location: Quezon Avenue, Quezon City


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
