Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in any related field
Skills: Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and organizational skills
Good communication skills
Exp: Preferably has experience in inventory and/or administrative/clerical work

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assists in the development of policies, procedures, and guidelines for the effective control, safekeeping, maintenance, and preservation of official records/ documents;
- Facilitates the preparation/consolidation of documentary requirements of applications for registration/ renewal of business permits/licenses, fidelity bonds, and/or other insurances from government regulatory bodies (i.e., PCAB, DOLE, SEC, LGU, LTO) and ensures filing and approval before the expiration date;
- Performs general clerical duties related to assigned functional area and department;
- Types, proofread, and processes a variety of documents including general correspondence, memos, and statistical charts from rough drafts, Dictaphone recordings, or verbal instruction;
- Schedules activities of drivers and dispatch of company vehicles and prepares Purchase Orders on gasoline withdrawal; Checks and prepares supporting documents on gasoline billings;
- Records Procurement Request Form (PRF), Summary of Board and ExCom Agenda folders, Subsidiary Ledger for construction materials.
